At Prana Rest we offer a 101-night sleep trial. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product we will refund 100% of the purchase price including return shipping. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA) which may be obtained by contacting us as at customerservice@pranarest.com.  Please do not ship returns unless a RA number is given. Refunds are processed within 30 days from the time we receive the returned product..

All Prana Rest products have a 10-year limited warranty on any manufacturer defects. workmanship and/or material defects with normal wear and tear. This does not cover rough use of our products. If a product is deemed defective we will send you a new product of equal value to replace the defective product and we will also cover shipping charges.
